We do not sell your personal information and do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You have rights to access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain processing.

7. We Do Not Sell Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA. We will honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC).
8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and measure performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work without them. We treat browser Do Not Track and GPC signals as opt-outs of any activity that would qualify as a "sale" or "share" under applicable law.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations (including FMCSA record-retention requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, we delete, anonymize, or securely archive the information.
10. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
11. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- know what personal information we hold about you and how it is used;
- access, correct, or delete your personal information;
- port your information to another service;
- opt out of certain processing, including any sale or sharing (we do neither) and targeted advertising;
- limit the use of sensitive personal information;

Authorized agents may submit requests with written authorization and proof of identity. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.
12. Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for use by adults 18 and older and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
13. International Transfers

14. Third-Party Links and Providers
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.
